1. Data we process

  • User input: task text and follow‑up answers (each up to 1,000 characters). May contain personal data if you choose to include it.
  • Technical data: IP address, User‑Agent, Referer (if any), HTTP request metadata.
  • Logs: method/path, timestamp, first 100 characters of the submitted text, request body length, errors, and processing time. Stored locally for security and troubleshooting only.
  • Analytics: cookie identifiers and visit events via an analytics provider.

We do not build persistent user profiles and do not keep a user database. Processing is stateless: user content is not retained after the server replies.

2. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

  • Service delivery: analyze submitted text and return a response (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and/or your consent implied by using the service (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Security and troubleshooting: minimal logging (Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests).
  • Usage analytics: website analytics to improve the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Sharing with third parties

  • AI provider: receives and processes submitted text to generate the answer. Data is shared only as needed to operate the service. The provider's privacy policy applies: OpenAI Privacy Policy.
  • Web analytics provider: collects pseudonymous visit events and cookie identifiers for statistics and UX improvement. The provider's privacy policy applies: Google Privacy Policy.
  • CDN/hosting providers: deliver static files and technically process traffic (see IP and User‑Agent). Cross‑border transfers may occur with standard safeguards. CDN provider's privacy policy: jsDelivr Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Cookies and controls

We do not use our own functional cookies. Analytics cookies are set by the analytics provider and can be disabled via browser settings/extensions. Disabling affects statistics only.

5. Retention

  • User content: not retained after the response (stateless).
  • Logs: stored locally by the operator with rotation based on operational and security needs.
  • Data at providers (AI/analytics/CDN): retained under their policies and timelines.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (including HTTPS, log minimization, and access controls) to protect data.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR/CCPA): right to information about processing; correction via resubmission; deletion — applicable to logs where technically feasible; objection/restriction — you can disable analytics. Requests: [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity.

8. Children

The service is not intended for individuals under 13 (or the local age threshold). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy
